Developing much of the land in northern El Paso County "back in the day", our company has become synonymous with forward-thinking, hard work, ethical standards and solid values that stand the test of time.

I feel at home here, as a love of the outdoors and enjoyment "of the land" was shared with me by my father beginning when I was quite young.

I am a second generation Colorado Springs native. I take pride in a job well done, excellent customer service, and building strong, lasting relationships with my customers. My sales career began in our community in 2000.
