I'm originally from Wisconsin, graduated from Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois with a degree in Industrial Technology. Desiring a change, I moved to Colorado Springs in November, 1978. After 10 years, my family and I decided we wanted to relocate back to Colorado and in December, 1994, we made the move back "home". The Home Building and Real Estate career were a natural for me after having built personal residences and buying/selling properties in three states. I am very familiar with the pitfalls associated with the largest purchase many of us will make in our lifetime. This is why you should expect a person with integrity, experience and dedication to facilitate your Real Estate transaction.

Susan Putnam-Redden You can say that I have literally been involved in the real estate profession since childhood when I would file my dad's listings each week in the file box, go with him when he listed, and knock on the walls to make sure they were lath and plaster and not that new-fangled dry wall. I became a realtor in California in 1976 and then moved here in 1984. My husband and I built a lodge log home over the next 6 years and opened up the Black Forest Bed and Breakfast in 1990. In 1986 I became a Colorado broker with Rawhide. I bring a lot of life experience with me from buying land, to building your own home, to owning and operating a business when I take you out to find the property that you are looking for. |

![]() Andy Smith |
Andy Smith Hi, I'm Andy Smith. Although I am a relatively new broker associate, I am not totally new to the real estate business. As an Air Force officer (recently retired), I made 8 moves over the last 21 years and bought and/or sold many homes, including townhouse/condo, new construction, land purchase and custom home construction. Along the way, I experienced many good realtors, but unfortunately some "not so good" realtors as well. I became a Realtor to provide buyers and sellers the type of service I needed as I moved around the country. My pledge to you is to provide the best one-on-one customer service and responsiveness to your real estate needs and desires. I will not waste your time trying to sell you something you're not interested in. | |||||
|
I received a bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in real estate and finance from the University of South Carolina and earned an MBA as well. After a 21-year detour as a financial management professional in the Air Force, I decided it was time to pursue a career in real estate. My last 7 years of active duty were spent in Air Force Space Command and NORAD-USNORTHCOM. My wife Denise and I moved to Colorado Springs in 2000 and knew this was the city we wanted to live in once our Air Force career was over. Denise is a teacher with Academy School District 20 and we reside in the Black Forest area in Highland Park, one of the Rawhide Company's premier developments. As a military veteran I understand the buying/selling/moving experience. I understand the stress and the worries of having multiple mortgages (believe me-I've had as many as three at one time!) Whether you are looking for a new home, thinking of selling your existing home, or just want help with an investment or a relocation, I can help. I will be there for you from the sale of your house to the purchase of your new dream home and will tirelessly work to close your transaction smoothly. I will work with you and your family's busy schedule and provide great customer service for your biggest investment! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself to you. If you would like my personal assistance during your transition, please feel free to contact me anytime, either by phone at my office number (719) 265-4335, cell number (719) 213-0018 or e-mail me at ajsmithrealtor@earthlink.net. I would welcome the opportunity to make a difference for you--anything from condos to custom homes--let me help you find your castle.

Janet Yoder Hi, I'm Janet. I'm a mother of two and a wife of one. We live in the Black Forest area. Before living here, we were stationed at Reese AFB in Lubbock, TX and at Dyess AFB in Abilene, TX. My husband was a B-1 pilot. Happily, we were transferred to the Air Force Academy 11 years ago. Being a military wife, I realize the stress that is often involved with moving. I've experienced that stress myself with each military transfer. I decided to become a real estate broker to help diminish other people's stress. The folks at The Rawhide Company helped ease my family's move to the Springs by finding us the perfect lot to build our home on. When I experienced their honesty and integrity, I knew I wanted to be part of their team. Whether you are moving to or from the Colorado Springs area, I'd love to help you. Give me a call and I'll find you a place you'll want to call HOME. |

| I have been a Realtor/Broker Associate since 1985 and have been in Real Estate going on 20 years. I joined The Rawhide Co, REALTORS® several years ago and instantly found myself at home with the company. I have gone to great lengths to become knowledgeable in many areas of the Real Estate industry to include: General Construction, New Housing Construction, Commercial Real Estate and Land Sales as well as Residential Property sales. I feel you can not have enough knowledge when representing the listing of a property or Buyers as their Agent. If you are looking for a down-to-earth Real Estate agent with your best interests at heart, "Let's Talk!"
LET ME HELP YOU WITH YOUR MOST IMPORTANT INVESTMENT! I dedicate 100% of my time and energy to servicing my clients. I do not expend any time and energy trying to obtain business from the general public. You will receive my undivided attention and dedication to providing you with the level of service and attention to detail you have come to expect from me. What this means to you is the highest possible level of service from me. In response to this, I ask your heartfelt endorsement to family, friends and work associates. Refer me to anyone who would appreciate being served by a Realtor whose commitment to them is for life. My philosophy about the Real Estate is quite simple. In every situation, I put myself in your shoes. I treat your money as though it were my own money. What would I accept as a price for my home? Will this home increase in value? I am interested in building strong, lasting, lifelong relationships one person at a time. My goal is to become. . . YOUR PERSONAL REALTOR...For LIFE! Email: Direct: (719) 574-0931 |

well-known alumni, students, professors, which has proven good background for my real estate career. It has provided me with the marketing, selling and listening skills
which are so important.
Moving to the Black Forest area in 1991 was a dream come true. Blessed with two children, the real estate field afforded me the flexibility I needed to meet their busy schedules. Now that they are in college, my focus is more on making your dreams come true. With the military having such a big influence on our area, I've become involved in sponsoring a number of service men and women who are serving overseas. The letters and packages we send routinely are a way of expressing our appreciation. The greatest joy is to be at their welcome home ceremonies. Now that my volunteering days for Girl Scouts, PTO, hockey, baseball and cheerleading have ended, I've been redirected toward supporting Women's Advocacy groups. My membership in the Pikes Peak Board of Realtors, as well as the Denver Board of Realtors and various local forum groups, provides my clients with more coverage of their listings. Whether buying or selling . . . anything from cabins to castles . . . give me a call! I can be reached at:

Marina Peckham There IS a Marina in Colorado Springs - She will help you set 'sale' on all your real estate journeys! Marina Peckham was born in upstate New York. Her parents are immigrants from Italy who moved to the United States several years prior to Marina's birth. They instilled American pride in their daughter and were so glad that she was born on American soil. Marina and her family moved to Miami, Florida when she was six years old. When Marina and her parents moved south, her older sister moved west, to attend to college in Boulder. Marina listened intently as her sister shared stories about her beloved new home, Colorado. "What a magnificent place that must be!" Marina thought with just a hint of envy. |

Marina grew up in Miami and attended the University of Miami where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Upon graduation she was hired to work in the Missiles Systems branch of Texas Instruments in Dallas, Texas. It was there that she met her husband-to-be, a man who grew up in Colorado Springs and couldn't wait to get back! Marina finally had her chance to see what her sister had bragged about and after her first visit she couldn't wait to move to Colorado either. In the meantime, Marina and Mitch were married and two of their children were born in the suburbs of Dallas. After the birth of her second son, Marina decided to put her career on hold and stay at home to raise Matthew and David. She was active in their school and social lives, working at their preschool, teaching Sunday School and assisting her husband who had been drafted as coach of both boys' soccer team. In the fall of 1997, Mitch was offered a job with a company in Colorado Springs and the family packed up and moved. Marina quickly became active in the boys' school and activities. She was a substitute teacher for District 49 and held several PTA positions at her sons' elementary school, including the title of president. All of sudden everything came to a screeching halt when she found out that there would soon be an addition to their family. Marina's life was momentarily turned upside down with the birth of her "bonus" baby girl. Little Sandy (who is not so little anymore) just jumped right into the action and attended her first soccer game at the tender age of 4 weeks! Like her mom, she thrives on the constant motion and excitement of life. So now, with two teenage sons and one preschool daughter, Marina decided to begin a new career, one that she knows she will excel at. Always a people person and a service individual, Marina wants to help others find their dream home. She knows first hand what couples with young children are up against and wants to take the hassle out of finding the perfect house. She is willing to take the time to make sure her clients get exactly what they are looking for. She is dedicated to working with her clients and providing them with outstanding service. Marina can be reached at 719-598-3198 (office), 719-593-8590 (home office), 719-649-6424 (cell) or at MarinaPeckham@msn.com |

Carole Conder I have been in Colorado since 1965 and consider myself an adopted native. I have lived in Denver, Pueblo and, since 1990, in Colorado Springs. I have four grown children; all of whom live in Colorado Springs. It truly is a wonderful place to live. I did paralegal work for a real estate attorney for six years and then decided to go into real estate sales. I love my work and enjoy helping people find just that perfect home or to help families market and sell their homes. I spend a great deal of time in continuing education and I have my ABR accreditation and have almost finished my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Keeping on top of the real estate laws and contract changes is very important to me. |
